Labor Day in San Francisco

One of our favorite cities to visit is San Francisco, and now we're basically neighbors! We're used to dedicating a whole weekend to San Francisco, so being able to just pop in for a few hours and head home is new and exciting to us. Consider this your warning - expect to see a lot more SF pics in the future.

Yesterday we took advantage of the long weekend with a day trip to the wharf for some fresh donuts and to say hi to the sea lions, followed by a walk around Golden Gate Park. As you can see below, Ez was a huge fan of the stone bridge. Specifically, he liked stepping in the cracks between the rocks. So the idea of a bridge was basically lost on him. But what kid can resist going straight into a body of water? Besides, it was hot, so I can't say I blame him.
Apparently there's a lot to think about on the wooden throne. (Get it? Instead of Iron Throne?? K, I'm a nerd, but in other news, we finally got caught up on Game of Thrones. Yay!)
Love these boys so much.
